2. Cancellations

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

Access to digital content and delivery of print editions will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Digital Subscriptions (Online Access)

All digital subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds will only be considered if:

A duplicate payment occurs due to technical error.

Incorrect billing is caused by our systems.

4. Print Subscriptions (Physical Copies)

Print editions are non-refundable once they have been dispatched.

Refunds are not available if you have already received and read the issue.

A replacement copy will be sent at no extra charge if:

Your print edition is lost in delivery.

Your print edition arrives damaged.

5. Trial Periods and Promotions

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
